Boy have I been seeing a lot of firewood being delivered. Last time I saw a price this one outfit was at 330 a cord.

Wow that's crazy. I think a cord of oak around here goes for about $200

At those prices it would be cheaper for me to heat with oil. I pay $100 for a load of mixed hardwood that is cut and split. The loads average about 115-120 cubic feet, so just shy of a cord.
