Title: worst leak story ever

We were telling stories at dealer meeting the other day.
One of the guys got a call from a fellow that was quite excited, had the worst leak you ever saw. Apparently the stove had a leak into the firebox, and an automatic fill. The stove filled the firebox completely full of water. Like completely....

It was installed in a garage I think.... Imagine the excitement when he opened the firebox door and the whole firebox load of water landed at his feet. ! Like a dam busted.
I'd pay for a video of that.

Just never seen the point of an autofill, seems like they’d mask a minor problem until it turned into a huge one.
