hey guys .. had an ice storm here on the weekend . Power was out a day and half , no worries .. have a small genny to power the dragon . I was just wondering it it will hurt genny to run it without anything plugged in . I put it back in shed today and turned the gas off and started it up to run the carb out ...
thanks for input

Shouldn't hurt her a bit! I do it quite often when we end a show that requires a generator.

won't hurt anything to let it run without any draw. I try and start mine up once a month just to let it turn , keeps the windings free of corrosion from sitting too long. some times I put a draw on it sometimes I don't. Best thing you can do is run them often and then run it out of gas like you did.
