Title: Johnson forced air to water conversion

New user here. I converted my Johnson 9000 series forced air add on burner with a water jacket to use as an outdoor burner. Anyone else tried this? Used it last winter, but it was very mild. I have a 4 core 20"x24" heat exchanger, one pump returning water 110' back to the burner and 1" pex line connecting the two. Seemed to work well, but should I have two pumps moving the water at that distance? I have aprox. 40 gals around the burner and then whatever the volume of the PEX and exchanger.

There are so many variables in all of that it's extremely hard to answer anything.  What pump do you have now?  Line sizes? Head? Delta t?  The list goes on.......  Give us some more info about your pump, lines, grade' all that stuff
