Central Boiler / Blowers on classics

I'm sure this is discussed on other threads but here goes. Getting a new Central boiler classic 6048. Should I add a blower to it or not? What are the pros and cons you guys have found?  My classic 5036 does not have a blower just draft.

Central Boiler / Time to upgrade?

New member here. Been heating with wood for 20 years. Outdoor boiler for 5 years. I'm sure this has been discussed on here but didn't seem to find what I was looking for in search. So thank you in advance for putting up with me.

I heat a 2800 sq foot home, basement, and hot water. I have forced air in house, some baseboards in the basement, a garage style modine heater in part of the basement and a plate exchanger on the h2o. I have a classic 5036 that keeps up but I would like to add a 30x40 shop and garage and hot tub in the future.  Been thinking about going to a cl6048. Thinking I would be able to get longer burn times, use crappier wood ie poplar, cedar, pine later in the season than I currently do.  I switch to good hardwood when the temps get down to 20 at night now.  Part of the thought process comes with the fact that the classics will be discontinued in spring.

Help me pick apart and analyze this decision. Thanks
