Need wiring help

I bought a Big John - Johnson outdoor boiler from a friend.  I have it all hooked up except for the electrical.  My friend forgot how he wired it up.  Here's a drawing (attached)...  There are 2 blowers on the front of the unit.
Anyway..  I think the lightswitch in the front of the boiler is for the jar light.. but it looks like a 3-way switch.--- where the switch on the rear of the unit is a normal lightswitch.
