second floor heating

Looking to install an OWB. Currently have a forced air system that has had the second story ducts removed with past renovations. Thinking a water system would allow piping easier for second floor heat,
What is the best way to go at it?

Start by lookin at the layout and decide where and how much heat you will need in the area, next look for a chaseway that lines to supply that heat can be run from the basement without looking ugly.
