I haven’t replaced mine yet on the Heatmaster but I did make one for the waste oil boiler when I built it.

I used one inch rope gasket I bought from Old Fort (masonry, chimney supply) and used high heat silicone I bought in caulking tubes from Napa.

I worked as much silicone as I could into the rope first, then placed it in a bead of silicone in the door track.

Filled it with more red silicone then used a putty knife dipped in soapy water to work it flat.

I didn’t have any waxed paper so I used strips of tinfoil and placed those over the wet caulk then I gently closed the door to get an indent then left it open for 36 hours to cure.

Much cheaper to make your own than buy the pre treated silicone rope gasket.

Outdoor Furnace Distributing has a good video on changing door gaskets.
