That is something you might want to get figured out before the current pipe leaves. If you haven't gotten any prices yet for either 1-1/2" or 40mm insulated pex, (next size up enough to matter, 1-1/4" probably won't gain you much over the 32mm) you may be in for a shock. It won't be cheap.
