 They say when it's white your looking at 2000 degrees. What kind wood are you burning to get that? You definitely got her stroking!

Wonder what kind of probe you'd need to tie it into your data logger. Reburn temp log would be really cool..
I've seen it go over 2200 in a lab.

You’ll basically need one that will handle up to 1350C which will put you in the 2400 degree F range.

Will have to be a custom made one. I plan on adding one right over the viewport. Can’t get it long enough to actually get under the nozzle unless you removed the thermocouple before opening the door. I figure a 10” long will make it thru the door with a few inches to spare inside the burn chamber. Gonna run about $64 with a two week lead time. I already have the MAX31855 amplifier boards to work with the Raspberry Pi, just need to get a board over to a friend who’s a code monkey by choice and see if he can make it work with Cayenne.
