Yes, I have experienced that kind of cold when we were hauling Propane out of St Romauld Que. back in the 80's you could dump your lines out on the snow and it would just lay there like water, Propane boils at 44 degrees below zero F. It is a different kind of cold though, very dry, no humidity, not like I get here on the coast where the moisture coupled with 20 degree feels like it's bitter cold and gets right into the old bones. I miss Canada and would like to get back up there but with the influx of American liberals headed that way after our election, I probably am better off staying here! If you ever get down this way, I probably could come up with some of that stuff that isn't frozen solid.
