Warped Grates

I just cleaned out the Heatmor 200 yesterday and the grates are really getting warped.  They have been slowly getting worse.  Now they are about 1 to 2 inches lower in the middle and cracking. 

At what point should they be replaced?  Anyone else dealing with this?

I had this issue years ago. First what I was doing wrong was not keeping ash box cleaned out.
And ground pipes got water next to them. Not that this is your issue. This was my findings it was a
Spendy lesson. I have a 1996 model. ::)
