New 2840 in my yard
« on: August 20, 2014, 04:31:51 AM »

Unloaded last night, forget the 24 hr. notice on delivery.
Got a call at 5:00 pm, was sitting in the yard at 9:00 pm.
Sure glad I was at home.
Haven't had time to look it over, it was to dark.

WOW that didn't take long, didn't you just order it a few weeks ago? As far as a 24 hour notice, listen guys this is one of those things that tick me off, if the driver does not give you that notice, you are within your rights to let him sit for that 24 hours, we do not expect our customers to scramble at the last minute to get equipment to safely unload your stove, Thanks for working with the driver pops but it may have taught him a lesson in customer service to sit until 5PM today!

A little over 2 weeks ago, I was shocked it was that soon.
The driver was a really nice guy helped hook up to the skid steer.
He said he had another to unload 1 1/2 northeast, then a couple in Penn.
All in all it worked out, but I could see where it could go to hell.
