Water Treatment
« on: April 30, 2017, 08:34:13 AM »

I filled my boiler up about a month ago without adding any water treatment.   Should I drain and refill before adding treatment?  I bought some Central Boiler 1650xl inhibitor plus and a test kit to check it.

Thanks!

Agree, add treatment for now, test yearly, drain and flush if you see sludge when opening the drain. Keep it full of treated water all the time. Air isn't a good thing.
