Best pump?

Trying to find out the best pump to get. We are going from shaver stove to 1st exchanger (~100Ft and 1 turn into exchanger), then going from exchanger (another 90 turn) ~20 ft to second exchanger (one 90 in and one out) then ~ 100 ft back to stove. When we had our original pump on it, we had readings of 140 degree out of vents closest to first exchanger. Now with a different pump, first failed, we can only get 125, no matter what we do. We want to get a new pump to be able to get water back to wood stove.

What was the original pump? Is it the same as the new one?
I use mostly private label pumps just made for dealers n such but grundfos is a good pump.
Is your lines 1"?
Give me a call if you want to discuss it. 606-316-9697

I agree with Scott on the Grundfos, stay away from the expensive bronze pumps and put a spare on the shelf

It was an Armstrong. Did very well, just think maybe too much loop. Plex lines are 1". What size with the grundfos?

I have a very similar run to yours and run a grundfos 15-58 3speed pump on its high setting and it works excellent. Can pick them up under $100.

Speak with the guys behind the counter at your local supply house, give them distance and size of pipe as well as how many 90's, that will give them the estimated head and then tell them how many BTU's you require, 1 gallon per minute of flow is about 10,000 BTU's, 10 gallons per minute=100,000 BTU,s WHAT COULD GO WRONG!
