Chain sharpening angles

Hey guys,
It seems like most sharpening equipment assumes a 30 degree angle for the ideal sharpening angle. Several of the Oregon chains I've looked at recently call for a 25 degree angle. As long as all the teeth are sharpened to the same angle, does it make a real difference? Am I overlooking something important if I sharpen all of my chains to 30 degrees? Thanks
