Title: Will Brute-Force be around after EPA regs?

Brute-Force doesn't have a gasser. Anyone know if they're working on it?

They do have one but it has not been tested so not EPA approved.
They also make a 2 million BTU chip burner. Not sure if that will need EPA approval or not.

They say there is a loophole in the EPA law that exempts commercial boilers. All they need to do to qualify for this is be over 350K BTU (require 3rd party testing)
I am not sure if that is true or not but if so, they will only have to quit making one model.

That would be great!  I really need to take the time to read through the new regs.  But, even in the title it states "Residential Wood Heaters" so I guess it's very possible that the loopehole is true!
