I use a floor scraper with a long handle, works pretty well if you have a owb with flat sides.

I agree with WillieG, you fill that duct work with that size coil. Its going to be 5 times hotter than hotter than that heat pump air, Guaranteed.

Yea I got my bankruptcy papers too from the courts. Don't sup-prize me any, they gave me the run around so many times on my leaking heat source 1.  Finally fixed it myself. Now I have a loud metal popping sound coming from mine after it reaches temp, never has done it in the last 5 years, any Ideas?

I too have a leak after the 4th year in service. Done everything by the book, sent all my imfo to them along with pictures. Have called and called and called, left messages, they wont call back. Mine looses about 30 gallons a month.
