Looks like the temps they are predicting for us here in south central Wisconsin.

Snowing right now, maybe we'll get enough to open our local trails if we are lucky.

Here in New Hampshire I bottomed out at 0 degrees last night. We are at 1.9 degrees now. Have 4-8 inches of snow on the way tonight.

Y all can keep all that up north. Down here in central ky we don't react very well to those conditions. We would get the national guard out and declare a national emergency or some thing

Here in south central Wisconsin they are calling for a high of 4 and low of -9 on Thursday.

Hey Coolidge what kind of sled do you ride? We got about 6-7 inches of snow last night, hopefully more to come.

Isn't all this new nomenclature cool?  Remember when it was cool, cold, really cold and F'n freezing cold?  Climate change was hot and humid one day, and hotter and humid the next.  And if you wanted to cool off you jumped in the pond instead of sitting on your ass in front of the tv with that air conditioner running at full song. The jet stream brought cold air from Canada to freeze your nuggets, now a "vortex".  Man, were we ever dumb back in the day.   I didn't know all these cool words. It was Hot, cold or miserable

When I was growing up and we were milking over 200 head of holsteins, we called a polar vortex a normal winter. I seem to recall having frostbite at least once on every one of my fingers over the years when we had the holsteins.

Unusually cold here in Michigan for December.  The last few days have been 35MPH winds.  Tonight, even colder but no wind.  Beautiful night 4 degrees... amazing how when you have no wind doesn't even feel cold, smoke goes straight up,  clear skies.. The world just feels right.  If I could have it my way single digits no wind.  Drafty house doesn't mind at all.

Yup, we didn't know how rough we had it back then. Snow banks that seemed 10 ft. high and temps colder than a witches teet (that's the polite term for you farmers mlappin).

Hey Coolidge I have 3 Ski Doos, a 97 MXZ 670 that my son used to ride before his brain injury, a 2015 Grand Touring LE 900 4 stroke and my sled a 2015 GSX SE 600 ETEC. We are supposed to get 7 to 11 inches of snow Friday into Saturday which will be great on top of the 6 to 7 inches we have now.

The G200 has really been snorting lately with the temps we have been having. Highs in the single digits and lows below zero with -20 plus wind chills. Still able to get 12 to 14 hour burn times and not packing the primary combustion chamber to the max. This Sunday will be a good test with highs about -4 and -35 wind chills.

Sounds like the 200 is the correct size then, I bet it’s running much cleaner as well.

The poor girl is running full bore, all day. Went into idle once today. 16 hour burn on 3/4 box of black locust. Need to get down to Slimjims to put a sight glass in bottom door, maybe this spring.

Got two 03's.    One Legend 500 sport, one Grand Touring 500, Daughters 2000 MXZ 380 and a mini z for the boy, 5 to 7 inches tomorrow, Rain on Sunday

Yes, Slim was right about the G200 sizing. My 200 cooks when my shed calls for heat. The 40 plate draws it down pretty good until the water temp in the in floor loops warms up.

Only issue I've had is the loading door dripping creosote from the bottom door handle bolt.
