Wood boiler llc E - 4 model questions

Anyone have this model and how do you like it. Considering buying one. I read in the reviews that it is a new model and they had 2 test units running to heat the plant. It also stated that be sure the wood is dry or you will be doing a lot of cleaning. How about burning pine or unseasoned wood. Any input would help.
