What should water ph be in boiler? Natures comfort guy I talked to at the factory didn't have a clue. boiler solutions tested it at 11.8
and says its ok and no action required. Others around here say its way to high and that's what ate out my fitting already. If it is to
high how do you lower it? The paper that came in the test kit I got says below 7 will cause it to be more corrosive?

I think that sound high.  It depends on the chemical.  Others could probably explain better. 

With my treatment it is supposed to be around 9.  My PH is about 9.  The PH and chemical concentration correlate up and down with mine.  I have a Heatmor 200, and am using Central Boiler treatment.

pH should generally be between 8.5 to 9.5.  Above and especially below this range, the water can become corrosive (oxygen tends to combine with iron to form rust).  To lower, you could drain off some water and replace with fresh.
