What brand OWB do you have?
     Aqua Therm 345st
How long are your burn times?
10 to 15 hours in this latest cold western ny weather
How full do you fill it?
Full. I have a 54" firebox and the majority of the wood i burn is 24" long and 48" long
What type of wood do you burn?
Mostly all seasoned -ash, sugar maple, cherry, ironwood. Occasionally I add in some poplar.
How many sq. ft. of floor lines do you heat?
     4700sq. ft. See next questions.
How many sq. ft. of home space does your furnace heat?
     2600sq. ft.
What else do you heat (pool, hot tub ect)
Domestic hot water, 30 x 50 shop radiant floor heat, house attached garage, full basement
Type of home?
     New build, 3 years ago.

Some clarifications-The aqua therm is a dual pump system.  One pump runs the pole barn shop. This is fully insullated with 3 garage doors also insulated and 10'ft ceilings.  Radiant in the floor and heats the hot water.  The shop is set at 50degrees and when we are out there raise it to 55 to 60 depending.

The attached garage we keep at 55degrees, the basement has radiant heat in the floor but we dont use it much at all. The house my wife likes it warm so it kept at 71 to 72 ish.

New to the program here so bear with me--Regarding williG--I had done this several times as well - finally said had to do something about it.  I decided on a system of two lights -red and green- wired to the blower switch and pump switch.  I have a on/off switch for both pump and blower.  The red light is hooked up to the blower so when the blower is on the red light is on.  The green light is wired to the blower and the pump so as long as these switches are in the on position the green light is on.  The lights are fashioned from the older style big christmas lights and are placed outside on a mounting plate attached to the soffit so I can see them from the house approx 125 ft. away.  So, if I forget to turn the power to the blower fan back on I can tell instantly.  While in the house I can at any time look out the window and see the lights, and it at least gives me peace of mind that the system is on.  If only the green light is on, it means there is power  to both the pump and the blower.  If the green light and red light is on, that tells me there is power to both but also that the blower is actually running.  We first tried two small led lights from radio shack but couldnt see them during the day and sometimes hard to see at night.  The existing system cost nothing as we had all the scrap wires and such laying around.
