Post by: pwdiver on January 02, 2012, 06:46:17 PM
I have a 2 wire thermostat that just cut's my air handler fan on and off, Do you know of a programmable thermostat that would do the same for the boiler , I currently have a honeywell programmable for the heatpump not sure how to use this one with the CL5036 boiler. ::) would like to be able to ramp temp down at night with out doing it myself.

Try the filtrete 3M-50. You can get them at home depot. Another member on this site tried it and it solved his issues.

Pretty much any thermostat will work. Just get one that uses batteries if you don't have a common wire.

If you only have two wires, put one on the W and the other on the R.
