Can someone scan the page in the manual for the display settings? They replaced my display with the newer one

Hi johnybcold;  I think you  have heard of the saying that the older you get the mind is the second thing to go...well I forgot to grab my manual of the OWB on my way out the door this morning.  Don't bother to ask what the first is to go because I forgot that too.

I called CB looking for the manual and like I thought they said I have to call the dealer, if anyone has the manual I just need the 1-2 pages that cover the display/control the one they installed is the current version with more then 3 buttons it flashes water temp and a few other temps ( the old one I had only had 3 buttons menu and up and down and only showed water temp) it could even be faxed to four,zero,one, 780-258 four
