I just wanted to say its been a while since I posted anything have been busy, but since I started cleaning the damper it's self that some one posted on this forum my boiler has been so much better. My dealer I dont think was aware of the issue with damper getting crap under it and not sealing good. I will stay in touch every one stay safe and have a great summer

I have the larger 6036(I think) but I love it. It still amazes me that it can keep a fire going in the summer under a tiny load and how much it can do in the winter.

Good to hear, thanks

I love mine. I can't wait to fire it up this fall. Of course given that the temps have been in the 90s most of the summer the cool weather will be welcome for more reason than that.

Must have missed that post. Yes KJ very happy with the 5036. Running four seasons so far with no problems, but I better change the door rope for this season or my temps may be a problem. The unit has to seal well otherwise it will run wild and boil over.
I changed my door seal this fall. I noticed temps getting hotter. Took less then 30 mins. and now no over shooting. This will be my 4th season.

I haven't had any problems with my door seal since maybe march but will change out before December, I still have to order a new rope gasket 7/8 in by 8 ft does anyone know of a place to order cheaper than from ebay
