Title: Heatmaster EPA Phase 1 or 2??
Post by: brohnson on August 12, 2012, 12:27:21 PM
Is the Heatmaster 5000 an EPA Phase 1 or 2 Program Qualified Model? I need to know because it has to be EPA approved for me to install it with in my township rules.

Thanks, Tim

Only OWB's that are phase 1 or 2 will be downdraft models. If going with Heatmaster this is the only one http://www.heatmasterss.com/our-products/g-series/g200 (http://www.heatmasterss.com/our-products/g-series/g200)

You might also want to look at Empyre and Portage & Main. I have heard good things about those.

Like RSI said, the G200 is the only Phase II model Heatmaster has.

I now need to see how much they cost and one of my local dealers does not even show he has this model.

I don't keep it in stock either, I think the list price on the G200 is $8,900
