Mine was three Feb. 1.  I have used it almost non-stop the entire time.  I only stopped for a couple months last summer when I didn't feel like messing with it.

Mine started its third season on January 1 this year.  I have had no problems at all to date.  I don't burn at all in the summer.  My shaker grates look to be a little warped from the constant heat so I am probably going to replace them this summer as a preventative thing.

Mine is a 1987 H2 model that I purchased used last year.  Operates fine after I replaced the blower motor.
