Title: 400 HE
Post by: Michael on September 22, 2012, 02:25:27 PM
I purchased a Tennessee Outdoor  Furnace 400 HE and installed it myself. I am using it to heat my house and shop. I used wood stoves for years until my insurance company canceled my business insurance for the equipment and shop. I fired it on 9/8/2012 and has been heating my domestic hot water. I used this site for all the information I could find to complete this project. It served me well and I thank all.

I have some photos but I need to get the camera back from my wife. The pictures on the their website show most of the unit. As I posted I am only using it for domestic hot water right now. My house is 2500 sq ft and shop is 2000 sq ft with 16' ceilings. I used about 275 of pex for the house and shop two loops and a pump for each.
