Have no boiler inside do I need Hx or can I tie owb right right
To baseboard with zone valve and bypass loop for when heat
Is not needed.

No need for a HX unless you also have a forced air system of some sort with existing duct work.  You should be fine with baseboards and zone/bypass valve(s).

It will be open to air not presureized system. That is ok.
Should I have pump on owb wired to run 24/7 or to come
on when heat is needed.

Most systems on this forum are non pressurized and open to atmosphere and most members  (including me) seem to run their pump 24/7, and shut it off during the non heating system.

Ok thanks for info. Let pump run 24/7 & use zone valve to stop from heating baseboard when house up to temp. should do bypass  at valve to send water back to owb when house at temp.
