Title: brazed Plates... how many do you need?

Hey guys, How many brazed plates do you need for a family of 4. any thoughts.. 10 or 20 of them?

It is usually bad idea to use less than a 20 plate. It isn't the amount of hot water it can make but how bad it will restrict the boiler water flow.

Also make sure the dimensions are 5x12 inches. If you use a smaller size you will need more plates to be equivalent.
