Title: Water change in a 5036
Post by: pwdiver on November 17, 2012, 07:18:48 AM
Ive seen several post about not doing a full water flush/change at 3 year's if the water is still clear and not showing any noticable rust from the drain. I checked this morning with my kit which I got last april, Ph showing about a 9 did the nitrite test it took 31 drop's. The water I got at the drain on bottom of boiler after  rising the jar was pretty clear had a couple of rust partical's and some white speack's floating in the water. This boiler has been going none stop since march of 2009. :-\
