Why do some not come with some sort of insulated door? And why the heck wouldn't they insulate a loading door? Can't believe it
-
Most are insulated, just to keep the, from warping, some use cast, it won't warp and don't have to be insulated.
It's my opinion that a well insulated door is important, based more on appearance and condensation problems, as well as some efficiency

My previous stove had an uninsulated door. I burnt the P_ss out of myself early this year not
paying attention while loading the stove.
