Title: Amtrol Boiler mate
Post by: rmtrax on January 05, 2013, 01:10:17 PM
Hello
Anyone have any experience hooking up a Amtrol Boiler Mate (WH-7L-DW) to there outdoor boiler for domestic hot water?
I have the instruction booklet and know how they would like you to hook it up, but I want to use it with
conjunction with my electric hot water heater. Any suggestion's, your thoughts?
                                                Thank You , Bob

That is just an indirect water heater? I would guess if you just put it in series with the electric it would work.

Is there a reason you are using it instead of just using a sidearm or plate on the electric water heater?
