Title: shutting down for the season

brand new owner first time shutting down any procedures , drain tank, spray diesel inside? let me know

I go crazy cleaning it, blow gun on the compressor works, then I coat the inside with oil.

Don't drain tank...   If the water treatment is proper I'd much rather have that in there as condensation or moisture that's not treated

Scott is right, you will form far more rust by draining it than leaving the water with treatment in it.

My fathers stove is well over 20yrs and hes never drained his.

He uses well water and has only used C10 to treat his.


My manufacturer sell C10, does anyone have experience with this treatment?
Fairly affordable and doesn't require all the testing.
