Title: empyre deleting the pro series boilers in favor of the elites?
Post by: ecc_33 on May 09, 2013, 06:11:35 PM
I just got a email about this. Is this true? That sucks that I just put a down payment on a boiler that won't be made anymore.

That's not entirely true, they are still making the pro series 400. The pro 200's are currently out of production but may see them come back.

I've ran an elite extensively, were working to make them as good as the pro series.

The elite series is also undergoing some changes as well.  However, the pro 200 is still to me extremely hard to beat

Why are they not making the 200 I was going to put a deposit on one over a e classic 1450 after seeing one last weekend. My only concern would be controlling it for domestic and pool in summer not enough demand. I may have to go with the CB after all

Not true at all as I explained

As matter of fact the company has started producing pro 200's again

There even available now in a stainless steel version

The stainless versions will be really high but the pro series is alive and well
