Title: Armstrong H 32 Circulating Pump
Post by: f150bft on May 20, 2013, 06:19:50 PM
Found this pump  in a local craigslist add. Says new in box for $250. Looks to be less than half price of one anywhere else but at 1/6 hp is it way too much overkill? Just wondering.

You don't want that pump.
What are you pumping through? You can get a better pump for your application that is new and costs less.

Getting my "used" Hardy H-4 tomorrow so the install will begin soon. I was just looking and ran across that.

Do you know how many feet of pipe total you will have, how many heat exchangers and types and elbows?

We can give a suggestion for a much better pump. The pump you need will likely range somewhere in price from $100 to $250 new.
