What a horrible month( June) to dry firewood, Weather service said we got just over seven inches, with more to come the first week of July. 20 days this month there has been rain. If it ever does stop I will have to mix my chainsaw gas a little rich to keep the mosquitos away.

Ya I started messing with my piles yesterday and I have some soaked wood, I Gould a log that had branches growing out of it, he'll it will never dry if it is too wet to die,

I know your pain. We got just over 16" of rain here in south Jersey in the month of June. We've had thunderstorms 9 out of the last 10 days. Even when it's not raining, humidity is extremely high. Supposed to be low to mid 90's and sun on its way for the weekend though.

Has been dry up to this last week and rained 6 days straight. Had a week of of work and was in hopes of getting a lot of wood ready for the winter but that didn't happen. Just hope it don't turn cold to early or get to cold quick.
