I recently had the oportunity to buy a used Hardy at a very good price. Do to the odd layout and age of my home I have decided not to use duct work and to install baseboard heaters. Right now I am throwing around a few ideas on how to hook them up any input would be appreciated. I attached 3 pictures let me know which you think would be best. First and third my cir pump would run all the time.

Are the black boxes pumps or zone valves? If pumps they should work, if valves need to add a valve on the bypass loop that closes when the zones open.

Valves and yeah you are right i thought about that after I drew those pictures up.
