Post by: coolidge on December 08, 2013, 12:17:42 PM
Me the wife and two youngest take of this morning, kinda early 7 ish, I go out and through my normal amount of fuel in the 250. We come home a little after lunch 12 ish  the house is down to 56 and the thermostats are all cranked to 80. WTF :bash:  Go check water temp in basement, 120  Now I am scrambling to find out what is going on. First, get some wood in the boiler. Come back in to turn thermostats OFF. 17 year old comes out of bathroom, "ohh I had all the doors and windows open for QUITE awhile. :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:

the 250 is getting a good workout this afternoon.

I have 2 boys, 2 girls. My oldest son 23 and youngest girl 17 would dig ditches all day to make a buck, my middle 2, 21 and 20 wouldn't pick up 10 bucks off the sidewalk.
So when dad has wood to unload I push the middle two off their ass lol

I can assure you if I ever said that to my dad growing up, the TV would have been used as a target - outdoors of course.  Then he would have pulled us off our a**es, handed us the ax and would have told us not to come back in the house until the wood was cut, split and stacked.  He decided the amount of wood that needed to be cut.  Roger

That's the way it was when I was younger also Roger. Today it is different, I figure he is going to need some cash for something sooner than later and I am going to have ten cord down of the mountain SOONER than later.I also have the ability to maybe shut of his zone. >:D
