Title: MF5000 leak...what to do?
Post by: Tree_Killer on December 25, 2013, 01:44:46 PM
I found out I have a leak, this is where I see it dripping from.  It disappeared for a day or so, but now is back...almost a constant drip

Suggestions?

Hopefully scott will be able to point you in the direction of a fix/help/warranty info. I can't imagine it is more than a few years old.

It is a 2006. I'm the second owner, that I know of.  It came with the house.   Hoping it is just needing a good welder.

Looks like u could grind it out and weld it up pretty easy.

I cant really tell where the leak ia coming from there, probably a weld based on the location it could be in there..

as far as warranty? I have no idea.  If your stove was dealer inspected when u bought the home you could still have warranty.

If you had the warranty transferred into your name you probably still have some warranty coverage. Contact HeatmasterSS or your local Dealer to find out
