Why do I keep seeing these foreign posts?  isn't this spam?  Also it makes no sense at all to take up space and crowd the forum. Thanks.

They can if the admin ever visits the site, I pmed , we will see . Depending on forum or server they can block an entire IP sub net

If they'd screen each new member and manually approve each one, they wouldn't get on here in the first place. I do that on my own board as well as another that I'm an admin on. Works very well.
