Title: What's the deal with uploading attachments?

Does anyone know what's going on with the attachments option on posts?  I have seen others comment about it but when you try to upload a attachment, it says "upload folder is full".  Is this something to do with the server?

yea, we need more modds!!!! Stuff shouldn't take this long to fix.
