I finally got my shop hooked up to my H-2 a few weeks ago! So far everything is working good. I added a Grundfos 15-58 to supply the water through 1” pex to the air handler that I built.
I used a blower motor out of my mom’s old furnace and a 18x18 HX from Brazetek. I haven’t taken the pump off of the 1st speed yet and it has had no issues at all heating my 36x45 shop with 10ft ceilings.
I used a cheapo Honeywell electric baseboard thermostat and its working great. It has a swing of about 3 degrees which is perfect for a garage/shop where the temperature doesn’t have to be perfect all the time. I keep it at 50 unless I’m out there messing around. I have noticed a big difference in my wood consumption though. I can't get the photos to upload so here is a link to photobucket. That's my crazy daughter excited that I finished it.
