Title: Super Bowl
Post by: Roger2561 on February 01, 2014, 03:31:45 AM
Okay, here's how I see it...Manning has all those receivers running all over the place.  However, the Seahawks have that tenacious defense...All I know for certain is the team with the most points will win.  Other than that I haven't a clue.  Roger

Come. On   Denver.   Manning deserves a win. iMO.    I don't dislike either team. But prefer Denver

As you stated Denver has to many offensive play makers. Seahawks defense is good, but can they hold
up for the whole game.  While the Seahawks offensive just has Lynch.  If Denver defense stops him It
will be a long day for Seahawks.

Denver 21 to 12

Manning deserves this.  He is a leader and role model for the sport, I wish we had more payton mannings and less of those crazy ones

Looking forward to the big game. I agree it would be great to see Manning win a Super Bowl ring. He has been a class act and role model on and off the field his whole career. He could go out on top like Elway did. Hopefully he would still come back for one more year though. Great to watch him play.

Just hope if he continues he doesn't ever take a good hit I don't think his neck or back can take it whatever he had done

I hope Manning throws a few TD's against Sherman.

That will be the key matchup, can the Bronco's receiver get the separation against Sherman?  Just when you think you have a window into which you can throw the ball, it closes just as fast.

Peyton has all those regular season records but only 1 Super Bowl ring.  His younger brother Eli plays in his shadow, no regular season records but he has 2 rings (both against my Pats).  Even when Eli beat my Pats I've always liked him over his older brother.  I'd like to see Eli keep the 2 rings to 1 ring edge over his brother.  Roger

I was pulling for Denver, but I think my Cleveland Browns could of beat Denver last night. I quit watching late in the third. Alaskas last Frontier was more fun to watch...

Just goes to show you that the best offense is in fact a strong defense : ).  Denver Blew.  I picked Seattle to win, but i didn't think it'd be the boring blow out of a game it was... o well the Olympics start soon and we still have several months of hockey left : ).

heard a coach say this comment years ago. don't remember who it was but has held true. " a great offense will win games. a great defense will win championships".
