The one thing I noticed is all the feed and return ports are side by side that would mix the water real well

One thing to keep in mind on all the smaller manufactures right now. Most will be out of business next year when the epa cracks down. I would encourage everyone who is in the market today to ask the companies they are buying from what their plan is for the next 10 years and how they will deal with the new regs. A new furnace from a company that is going under eliminates all your warranty and support over the life of the furnace.

it does look like a small shop not saying small means bad quality, from what ive been reading half the owb companys have gone under and reopened under a different name, and warrenty is pro rated or you have to buy there product or test the water on a sertain time if not it voids the warrenty , it looks like any of thes owb is a gamble , i think researching owb is making me crazy

Yes good point however if the builder is responsible and local, who's to say that they will not stand behind it even if they can't stay in business , I still service Wood Doctor and Seqouyah Paradise and both of those companies are long gone, Trust is a big thing.
