Title: Anyone with a BL series live in the Midwest?
Post by: Coyote556 on February 13, 2014, 07:29:39 AM
I am really booking the BL series but I would like to actually come look at one.  I' m in Missery  :-[  (MO) so any adjoining state would probably work.  I think Wisconsin is closest dealer and that is too far to drive.  Thanks

Yea Dave Jacobi is in Wi. I have his phone # if you like, I know he does a lot of shows out there and I'm pretty sure he could get you the name of a customer that's nearby.

I think I found a dealer in Southern MN, which would be even closer.

I posted this in the General Outdoor area, but I think it works well here.

I would say that dealer QUALITY is more important than dealer proximity.  I dropped the dealer that was 1 hour away for a dealer that was 8 hours and a whole state away.  The close one took 3 weeks to get me an estimate, never returned phone calls, and was laughably overpriced.  I've never actually met the dealer I went with.  But, he answers texts, phone calls, e-mails, you name it, in a very timely manner!  He and Heatmaster have a strong relationship and that trickles down to me as well.
