Title: What water temp for DHW in summer time?

I'm planning on using my OWB this summer for DHW and I don't know if I should keep my water thermostat 180 or if is should be set cooler.

180 is fine, but u can go lower more safely in the summer vs the winter as the delta T won't be as great with just using it for water, I wouldn't go lower than 160
