I need help troubleshooting my fan. I can't get it to kick on. It was working fine before the OWB overheated. Any suggestions where to start?

Find out where the power stops, is it a digital aqua-stat ? If so I would start there on the normally open terminal, on a call for heat that terminal should have power.
-
I would measure the resistance (ohms) across the fan motor. Perhaps it is open. If so you will need to rewind it or get a new one.

No aqua-stat is not digital. Ran some tests. Fan works...solenoid works...power is going to aqua-stat. So it looks as if the aqua-stat is the problem. Is this a special order item or can I get one at Home Depot etc.?
Should I buy a digital aquastat?

Lowe's has a Honeywell L4006A in stock. I'm not sure if this is what I need. Currently I have a Honeywell L6006A on the OWB. Anybody have any insight? Thanks.

It looks like the difference is the 4006 is a SPST and the 6006 is a SPDT. How many things are you controlling with the aquatstat. if it is only the fan then the 4006 should be fine.

That aqua stat, the only thing it controls is the fan and solenoid that lifts the flapper

Do yourself a favor and buy two and next time this happens you will have one. I have a spare part for every part on my OWF. Best money I ever spent besides buying my OWF!! ;D

Yes I agree with the need to have extra parts on hand. I have had numerous items that I've had to replace this last week and of course I had to wait till the next business day to find them.
Just lit the fire...hopefully everything goes smoothly and it gets back up to temp and stays there.
