Hey everyone, I trust many of us are getting glimpses of grass and asphalt now!

I came across these video's that are about a year old or so.  Not sure if it has already been discussed or if the owner is a user here but I would be interested in hearing what some of you have to say about his problem.

 Empyre 200 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJBcb4um8oc#)

There are about 5 videos related to his complaints.
-
I truly do not like to see things such as this, it appears to me that he has issues but somebody needs to see the whole system, does anybody know how to contact him?

-
Those are a couple years old at least

I even contacted him and couldn't get anywhere with him to help resolve the issue,  nothing really pointed me towards the unit, but as u can see in some of the comments I begged him to let me help him, wouldn't do it!
-
I think how little he know about the unit working is also very puzzling

He always talks about his raging fire but never shows the burn chamber but rather the firebox,  that's not where we judge a gasser

It just rubbed me the wrong way when I messaged him repeatedly and offered to educate him on how it's supposed to work and he wasn't interested.
-
Some people just aren't happy unless they have something to complain about. If you fixed the problem then he'd have to find something else.

-
I would put a reasonable sum on the system design rather than the Boiler being at fault.

More than likely,  or user never understanding how to even use the boiler, he never shows gasification chamber and I have no idea if he knows what it "should" look like

You call that a raging fire?  Lol

I agree AFP, nobody showed me the secondary burn and there appears to be very little movement through the coals, seems like an attempt to bash the builder, personally not my favorite boiler but that Liberty should be left to the buyer
