Illinois grass is covered are you kidding me I never remember this late in April

Just started snowing here a few minutes ago.
Supposed to get down to 20*f tonight.
Still trying to get rid of the 1.2" of rain we got over the weekend, as well as clean up messes from up to 80 mph wind gusts.
I feel your pain Jack!

Ya Marty, I just got my yard cleaned up from the Christmas ice storm, then watched the 80mph gusts litter my yard again. It blew my neighbors block barn over. But, our phones have been blowing up. Looks like we'll be doing repairs for awhile. Got 4 jobs within 1 mile of my house so I get to save on gas. But, the snow can bite the big one!!!

Where you guys from? I remember back in year 2000 (that's the year i purchased my JD4500) I was using a jackhammer to break up a huge bolder that was next the driveway. The second day of the job I had to sweep 4 inches of snow off the bolder to continue the job. So here where I live in NH it's not that unusual for that to happen. Do I like it? Hell no! I want the weather we had yesterday; 77 degrees. Roger

Was 16F last night in No. WI, predicted 8 to 12" of snow between now and friday, pretty much normal lousy April weather here.
